The class approach includes carefully orchestrated, graduated movements, and well-measured poses presented in an easy to follow, accessible manner with plenty of time for modifications. How would you like to laugh like a child again? Laughter yoga combines simple laughing exercises and gentle yoga breathing (no poses) to help enhance overall health and happiness. Science shows the body doesn’t know the difference between fake and real laughter, so this practice provides both physiological and psychological benefits. Come enjoy yourself and bring out your inner child allows you to play as a grownup.
