Feedback from Gloria, previous class attendee – I must say that at first I hesitated to attend because I have grown quite weary of attending classes aimed at senior citizens where all they do is discuss the everyday happenings of old age (arthritis, loss of balance, diabetes, poor blood circulation, etc., etc.). It is tiresome enough living thru it, no less hearing it discussed ad infinitum. These classes were so refreshing because they focused on living our every day lives to the fullest, and the suggestions you offered to do so were realistic. I learned new strategies that have definitely improved and enhanced my life-style.
